Not Your Great Grandma's Photoshoot.
I've always loved the look of early photos. I remember looking at photos of my great grandparents and their parents before them and walking away with so many questions about the people who came before me.
Recent, I stumbled across some glass negatives from the turn of the century and restored and colorized them. Inspired by that, I spent some time trying to figure out how to recreate that look. Check out the end result of the digital negative restoration along with my modern recreation of that early photographic style!
